UnitLook has four plans: Solo (up to 5 users) €129/mo, Starter (up to 10 users) €229/mo, Growth (up to 30 users) €499/mo and Business (unlimited) custom pricing. Annual billing gives a 20% discount.
Is pricing per user?
No. We charge a flat amount per plan — the plan defines the maximum number of users. A team of 8 and a team of 3 within the same bracket pay the same.
What is included in every plan?
All five modules: Requests (ticketing), Projects, Capacity Planning, Time Tracking and Absence Management. No additional per-module charges.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes, 20%. Solo annually €103/mo, Starter €183/mo, Growth €399/mo. Billed annually upfront.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time with no penalty and no minimum contract period.
