1. Data we collect

When you fill in the demo or contact form on our website, we collect the following personal data that you voluntarily provide:

• Full name — to address you personally
• Email address — to reply to your enquiry
• Company name (optional) — for business context
• Message (optional) — description of your query or need

We do not collect any other personal data. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

2. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to demonstrate the UnitLook application. The legal basis is your freely given and informed consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), expressed by voluntarily submitting the contact form.

3. Retention

Your data is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected — typically until the business conversation is concluded or until you request deletion. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties, except as described in section 4.

4. Third parties — infrastructure

To protect the contact form against bots, we use Cloudflare Turnstile (cookie-free bot verification). Cloudflare Inc. may process limited technical data (IP address, user agent) in accordance with the Cloudflare Privacy Policy . Cloudflare is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction — request a temporary halt on processing
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing at any time
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent without negative consequences

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the last revision is always shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
